Sleeping Americans: Wake Up!
Not only has the form of your government been changed,
you are being asked to consign yourself under a dictatorship,
by approving this newly installed
- Militarized Global Government Management System. -

Taking advantage of the trust you have placed in those whom
you have elected to public office, but without your approval,
a global government system has been over laid down upon you!
The manipulators do not think you care about what is happening,
because you did not object to the major transformation when they
pulled it off, right under your nose, using the excuse of "terrorism".

Why have you accepted this disastrous alteration in your
government system without as much as even a slight whimper?

No longer will the 1787 Constitution be our protectorate
against unjust and unlimited power,
because it has been unlawfully superseded.

Only remnants of its shell appear to remain.
Your system of government is no longer that of a "republic".
"Democracy" has been the stand-in word used
during the acceptance of the transformation.
People are no longer identified as "the ultimate power".

The United States has been captured and transformed
into a militarized communitarian global system,
mostly without the knowledge of the general population,
and their understanding of basic rights,
which they thought would be theirs forever.

These are being wiped out by manipulators who ironically
promise the people "safety" - "safety against terrorism,"
as they say!

This transformation from the Constitutional system to this
new form had its early beginnings in the 1970's when the
Law Enforcement Assistance Administration first revised
the nation with preliminary mergers of the law enforcement
systems with the military under one head,
which was then called the "public safety agencies".

Better wake up, sleeping Americans, because soon
your safeguards, and defenses by virtue of the Bill of Rights
will be rewarded with only a sarcastic laugh!

The transformation has the intent of a cruel iron hand.
It intends to enforce communistic law on a global scale
to which it is committed in building a New World Order!

How did it happen in the United States?
Simply by issuance of a huge executive order signed (unlawfully)
by the stroke of a pen of one person, George W. Bush:

The installation of E. O. 13286 was titled:
"Amendment of Executive Orders, and Other Actions,
in Connection With the Transfer of Certain Functions
to the Secretary of Homeland Security."

It set down the framework and underpinnings of the new form
of government: a military system. When the Homeland Security
Agency became installed in the United States, it broke
a 220-year-old essential principle and time honored tradition.

A sharp line had always existed, separating
the military from the civilian law enforcement.
To merge the 2 would create a military government, and this was
known to be a BIG NO-NO, if the republic was to remain a republic.

The fact is: That line that once separated the 2 has now been broken,
deliberately crossed, and the grievous merger has been made!
This action greatly altered the concept by which the United States
form of govt was constituted, and definitely was meant to operate.
It changed the system from civilian management
into military management while the Constitution
"the supreme law of the land" became even more detruded.

President Bush declared that if another event such as 9/11 occurs,
he would activate and place the full military government into action
over the whole nation. He has acknowledged that the Constitution
(our only hope against the misuse of power) will be suspended
and its protections and safeguards set aside.

It will no longer have any standing. No government
"of the people, by the people, and for the people" ever existed and
retained its authority after a military system was installed over it!

That is the fate which has overtaken us since George W. Bush
brought on the transformation 'to make us safe'!
It should not be taken lightly nor be allowed to stand.
To ignore the potential of this transformation, and to see it expand,
is without a doubt, the most fatal mistake of the century.

David Davis, a Supreme Court Justice (1815-1886)
left us with these remarkable thoughts on despotism:

"The Constitution of the United States is a law for rulers and people,
equally in war and peace and covers with the shield of its protection
all classes of men, at all times, and under all circumstances.

No doctrine, involving more pernicious consequences, was ever
invented by the wit of man than that any of its provisions
can be suspended during any of the great exigencies of govt..

Such a doctrine leads directly to anarchy or despotism,
but the theory of necessity upon which it is based is false,
for the government, within the Constitution,
has all the powers granted to it, which are necessary
to preserve its existence; as has been happily proved
by the result of the great effort to throw off its just authority."...
David Davis, Ex Parte Milligan,4 Wallace 2 (1866)

How true! Not only is a military government not needed,
but it opens the door for pernicious consequences.
Nevertheless, the government of the United States has now
been revamped so that the government of this nation
is in accord to military concepts on an international regional basis -
- global communism - all done without the consent of the governed!

Among the powers vested in the Homeland Security Agency
is control of birth certificates and driver's licenses,
which creates a wedge for forcing the people
to approve of the unwanted change.

There appears an attempt to gain legitimate status
for this unlawful transformation in the power structure
of the American government, which is witnessed in the effort
to get the people to consent to using a "national ID card".

Currently, the effort is called the "Real Id Card Act of 2005".
By acceptance on a state-by-state level of this national Id card,
the people can become, as a whole, registered as not only
being compliant with the powers and authority
now vested in the Homeland Security Agency,
but also they can be viewed as extending their consent
to the transformation into global government.

As a starter, a chip will be placed in each person's driver's license,
but the ultimate goal is to have the chip installed in the hand of each
and every person, because not everyone is old enough to drive a car,
and some people do not own cars, nor drive at all at any age.

The chip will carry the most personal
and private information regarding the person wearing it.
The chip is also a 'people locator'.
- This is not the liberty and freedom
which men died for during the War for Independence!

By use of the chip, your total history will be available to anyone
who asks for "your papers, please." It can control everything from
being hired, to food rationing, health record or gasoline allowance.

George Bush has transferred directly to himself
powers that he previously vested in the Homeland Security Agency.
This is tantamount to completion of a dictatorship atop the
physical underpinnings already built and necessary to sustain it.

Are you able to turn to the police or the sheriff for help?
Not likely, because every policeman in the nation, in every city
and town, large and small, in every state in the nation is already
beholden to the Homeland Security Agency and is now
'on line' taking orders from the Homeland Security Agency.

The sheriffs, too, lack the courage it takes to face the fact
that the federal government is misleading the nation and has seized
the law enforcement system that rightfully belongs to the states.

When the dictatorial powers of the president and those of the
Homeland Security Agency are combined and fully activated
by these unlawful acts, pronouncements of sovereignty
by the people and endowments which God has granted
to each and every individual will be forbidden!

The Constitution will be publicly denounced and outlawed.
The people will not be allowed to exercise their former rights
nor to claim the 1787 Constitution as the Supreme law,
because they will have lost the battle by today's lack
of resistance to the victory of the transformation agents.
The republican system will then become recognized
and known as having been totally overthrown.

As a part of the final transition, the people will be totally
without any force. (There will be no guns for the people -
- only the militarized Homeland Security Agency and
its companion, the World Army System, will have any guns.)

With no power left for the people to decide their own fate,
in any matter whatsoever, the non-elective, appointive system
of regional governments will decide the future of all the people.
These regional agencies will have more power over the lives
of people than our public officials ever had!

They can tell you where to live; where to work anywhere in the world,
and they are prepared to set your salary as they see fit.
You can be sent anywhere in the world to work,
according to your ability, and your salary will be determined,
according to your need, which they will determine.

You won't be allowed as an individual to own property
(a long-standing United Nations policy).
You will be told whether or not you may have children.
The world army will give backing to the Communistic policies
of the Homeland Security Agency.

You can't vote these regional global managers out,
or recall them, because you will do not have that right
under the "Appointed" global government management system.
The states will be abolished and in that act, the state
and federal Constitution, which formerly protected you,
will no longer be your source of defense.

You will have totally become a "Human Resource",
a classification already in use.

You will be given a communist bill of rights
(called the Human Rights Treaties -- already written),
which has been quietly and gradually replacing
your inherent true rights listed in the 1791 "Bill of Rights".
There are no 'checks and balances' and no 'endowments
from the Creator' under the Human Rights Treaties.

Your whole life will be monitored and dictated from cradle to grave
through the managers of the Homeland Security Agency.

A world army of foreign troops will "preserve order" in this former
'land of the free' and will enforce additional taxes and regulations
under the "new world order" rule.

Foreign troops can arrest violators, and try them in the World Court,
which incidentally, is also in operation and handing down decisions.
The unknowing young have not been told of
"The United States Program for General
and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World" (P.L.87-297),
which is the source for closing down U.S. military bases
that should have been left open for the people's protection.

Public Law 87-297 has always been the main source
for the effort to prohibit all privately owned firearms.
Self-preservation with arms, protection against lawlessness
and sedition will be denied to the people while open borders
promote the merger of Mexico and Canada with the U.S.A under
the global government, which is called the North American Union.

These conditions alone should have indicated to even the most
poorly informed that a new system of government was "in the works"!

Couch potato parents really don't care what suffering they are
permitting to fall upon their own children. "It can't happen here",
they say, while evidence abounds that it has already happened here!

These are facts, yet some do not want to muster the interest in
verifying these facts, and they have no intention whatever to stop it!

The weak tell us that they just
"don't want to hear anything that depresses them",
and they just don't care enough about their kids
to spend their energy in preventing this burden
from falling inextricably upon their own children!
Their offspring won't know how it all happened to them, and they will
not have the means necessary to make possible an attempt to stop it.

The propaganda press has emasculated many of those who
were supposed to provide protection and guidance to their children.
The young are being denied the protection that every young person
should have so that they can make their own decisions,
and decide their own careers and futures, but they may end up
getting caught in the trap their parents created for them
by parental lack of interest and parental lack of reasoning.

So wake up, sleeping Americans, and shoulder your responsibility
to your families against this - this that is real terrorism,
a war that is being waged in your own country by your own
disloyal public officials against the people they were hired to protect.

The 1791 Constitution and the Bill of Rights
are still the supreme law of this country,
because they are owned by the people, and we the people,
have never given our permission for public officials
to invalidate or disregard them no matter what pretended legislation
or bogus executive orders are written to the contrary.

Wake up, sleeping Americans, and begin an effort
to oppose both of these interconnected dangers:

(1) the installation of the Homeland Security Agency,
the militarized system -- the new form of government
- brought on by those who have no authority
to overthrow our true government, and
(2) the Real Id Card being fostered state-by-state to seduce
and deliver acceptance of the people to a new form of govt.,
a commitment to accepting the unlawful Homeland Security Agency,
and its dictatorial Communist Lifestyle.

They have 977,047signatures; they are shooting for 1 million. Will you be in D.C. on September 15? Can you be in D.C. on the 15th? Can you wait 495 more days? I'm sorry but 1/09/2009 can't come fast enough.

The only way to send a clear message that we want policy change, we want our Republic back and we want our Constitution as the rule of law is to get this movement going.

~He is the worst President in U.S. History.

~He has turned our once struggling Republic into a first class dictatorship and made us the laughing stock of the world.

~He has created several executive orders that have given him the power to become a full fledged dictator and remove our Constitution all together. In the event of a national tragedy if he exercises this order we will cease to be a free country and will never ever have freedom in America again unless we have a Revolutionary war to take it back. This standing order is the biggest threat to America in our entire history. The fact that it exists is a ticking time bomb. It also presents the potential that something will be staged to exercise it. It's the single most abusive act by any American President in our history. If exercised we will lose our right to vote, our ability to eat and travel and our fire arms will be taken away. We will be under military rule all systems will be under his control as he claims for the good of the nation. When you are living in a FEMA prison camp and don't have food or running water don't say you weren't warned.

~He has created acts which have stripped all Americans of most of their Constitutional rights

~He declared war when he isn't allowed that power and in doing so is treasonous and has given us grounds for impeachment.

~He has done everything opposite his Constitutional oath of office as president namely to uphold and defend our U.S. Constitution.

~He has personally gained financially because of the war in Iraq and the high gas prices

~He has turned our media into a propaganda machine by controlling information supplied to the American people and has lied to millions of Americans calling patriots, traitors and implying that a fight for our Constitution has deemed us nut jobs and whacko’s dividing our Country in half for his own selfish greed and power. "Divide and concur" is the tactical method used on us to weaken our resolve. His administration is counting on most of our countrymen to be ignorant about our rights under the Constitution and Bill of Rights, be afraid of our government, feel blind faith in him is patriotic and to question him is un-American, watch propaganda controlled media exclusively, believe our enemy is a tactic rather than a real person i.e., "terrorism", will have no real knowledge of American History other than what they see on TV, and finally will support his policies no matter how criminal in the name of loyalty.

~Against his oath of office he called our Constitution (in my opinion the greatest document of freedom ever written), a "Goddamned piece of paper", yet his whole position and power are based on it.

Executive orders become law, Constitutional or not, by their publication in the Federal Registry, bypassing Congress all together. This loop hole which needs to be closed has no check or balance. As a result the above are true.

*Signed in May of 2007 By Bush- allows the President to control and coordinate all 3 branches of government in the event of a catastrophic emergency.

Looking at the Executive orders, you'll see a wordy mess of unclear direction and scope. This purposeful confusion similar the IRS tax code practices to confuse and hide the true evil nature of these directives. Your government hopes you won't take the time to read it. Then it can blame you when your government has changed before your very eyes.

Tyranny in Texas September 2, 2007 Is This Just the Beginning?

Texas Straw Poll proves the GOP won't allow a fair election. Delegates who paid to vote in this Saturday's Texas Straw Poll were denied access to the building to pick up their credentials and vote. Their notices all set the time to arrive at 10:00 a.m. Because they are voting for Republican candidate Ron Paul they were denied access. This video shows others walking in with almost no restraint.

As Americans living in a free country, this is extremely scary and sounds like something that would happen in a communist country not The United States. The media's continued blackout and censorship of this top level candidate allows these types of things to happen as it is assured the mainstream media won't pick up the story. So this kind of stuff will keep happening because who can these Americans tell? The media doesn't report on Ron Paul or on Americans being denied civil liberties. They may provide brief glimpses but it's usually accompanied by misinformation including that's he's for gay marriage, or that he has radical ideas. All of which aren't true.

If supporting the Constitution is radical in the United States than we're all radical. This man is running for the President of the United States and he has to take the oath of affirmation which states:

"I do solemnly swear, that I will faithfully execute the Office of the President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." ~Article II, Section 1

Our current President when trying to get the Patriot Act passed was given the Constitution as the reason to reject it. His response: "Stop throwing the Constitution is my face, it's just a goddamned piece of paper. "

His oath is to defend it. The reason our freedoms are being taken away just like this video depicts is because our current administration sees the very thing our country and freedom are based on as a goddamned piece of paper getting in his way of his being a dictator. That isn't upholding the oath. He may have taken the oath but he has only committed treasonous acts against it.

• Declared war in Iraq-Congress is given the right to declare war in the Constitution not the president. ~Article 1, Section 8
  
• The creation of the Patriot Act removes our 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th amendment rights... need I go on. Creating an act that takes away our amendment rights under the Constitution is Unconstitutional.
• In 2006 the Military Commissions Act Suspended Habeas Corpus for anyone suspected to be an unlawful Enemy Combatant with that definition left up to our government's discretion.

These items were done and Americans stood by as if nothing has happened. To many citizens are under the belief that question our leaders is unpatriotic and un-American but our Constitution was written knowing full well that if our country was overthrown and liberties were lost it would be at the hands of corrupt and evil leaders.

Common in propaganda is the use of the term unpatriotic of those that even question the government. Our Constitution was created to protect us against our government not to protect our government from us.

From The Declaration of Independence:

It is American to change an abusive government. Our forefathers knew power was easily corrupted and they wrote our Constitution and Bill of Rights to give us the power of free speech, to protest our government and to assemble peaceably as our own protection against an oppressor. Being denied these basic freedoms is a huge red flag that our government is controlling what we are allowed to see on the mainstream media or Newspapers. I don't think our forefathers ever envisioned the press being controlled by our government as long as we were a free Republic. The press only 20 years ago reported good or bad the state of our country. Now their is a thick vial of secrecy and the media is owned by government controlled companies. The easiest way to prove this is to weigh what you see on your local news station with the same topic entered into a search engine on the Internet.

The truth is out there, as educated Americans you just have to seek it out.

Be part of the media slap down for censoring Ron Paul

Anybody that has followed Ron Paul's campaign have seen with their own eyes the mainstream media blacking out everything about his results, his popularity and his following. In the recent Illinois straw poll, he placed third and they didn't even mention him. They talked about the first few and then gave percentages rather than giving the rank thereby skipping Ron Paul all together. In addition, thousands of youtube videos showing Fox calling the winner of the Republican debate and pushing Rudy as the winner while clearly the viewer votes on several online media polls were overwhelmingly in Ron Paul's favor. They are trying to keep Americans who rely on the TV news to get information from even hearing about Ron Paul, because they fear him. They know he will restore our Republic and bring back the Constitution. Their tampering with results and censoring him out is a crime against all Americans. They are trying to influence the 2008 Presidential elections by blatantly blocking his existence from the American people. He isn't who they want but is a favorite of the people.

Most Americans don't even know he's running because of the media blackout thus causing an unfair campaign and a propaganda controlled election. We can all do something. If anything else, we are sending a strong message that we know they are lying and fraudulant and we don't intend to let them get away with it.

Moreover, Ted Gunderson has meritorious information which has led him and me to believe that these conspirators and/or their cohorts have controlled past elections through the felonious manipulation of electronic voting machines.

Further, I hereby formally accuse the Republican and Democratic Parties via known and yet unknown members—having membership in the Counsel on Foreign Relations, an organization I believe I can easily prove to be a subversive unAmerican and anti-American criminal organization via rogues therein—of actively participating in the aforementioned felony crime and conspiracy in direct or indirect collaboration with the accused aforementioned outlaws in the mass media.

The Future of The City of Elyria

I live in Elyria and have lived here since 1990. I had a great opportunity today to see in person, a mayoral debate against the incumbent Mayor Bill Grace and hopeful Holly Brinda.

I'm familiar with debates and have watched many over the years. I was so disappointed in Mrs. Brinda. During the debate, she rolled her eyes and made faces every time Mr. Grace spoke. This to me is such a lack of respect for Mayor Grace's position and record. I was reminded of high school debates with the eye rolling and total lack of respect for her fellow running mate; it lacked decorum and professionalism. One of the basic lessons in sportsmanship is to respect our opponent. Will she roll her eyes when dealing with important people who may impact Elyria going forward? Her poor sportsmanship is a huge red flag that voters need to see and understand.


As a taxpayer in Elyria, I have no complaint with Bill Grace. He's a good man and a strong leader. Without a doubt he loves Elyria. He has been all about creating relationships. He's great at working with developers and business leaders. He's a diplomat with a knack for getting people to buy into Elyria as a City. He has strongly impacted economic and business development in Elyria, this cannot be challenged!


Here's what I don't like about Mrs. Brinda. First of all dirty politics; she finds a semantic twist and makes it sound like an issue. Anything can be spun to support her deriding comments and attack of him.
I sought out the debate on WOEL. I had heard the debate was quite heated.

What I learned was that Mrs. Brinda is angry that the Mayor tried to take steps to control the school system similar to what Cleveland and Columbus had to do because it was in such bad shape. Elyria High School is the number one worst building in the state of Ohio. She took it personal and has turned the tables and gone after his job rather than doing her job as a school board member.


I'll add a note of interest, on her website I found no notation of her high position with Elyria City Schools. She just notes she was director of community development and community services. To date this is her most prominent position in Elyria yet she barely mentions it. I learned about her position from the debates. Ask yourself why Mrs. Brinda doesn't want to talk about Elyria City Schools? Having one of the most influential roles why wouldn't this experience be the bases for her campaign? I'll give you a hint; failure. If she was a failure on the school board she will assuredly be a failure as Mayor.


Here's what voters need to understand. Change does not happen overnight. Growth and progress is like sales; its takes a heck of a lot of finessing and relationship building to see progress. I like what Bill Grace has started. He's a great salesman for Elyria. I would like to see his administration finish what they started.


The City of Elyria needs more than a failed school board member to lead our city. If she couldn't get it done in the school system how the hell is she going to run our city?


Diplomacy; let's talk about that. It's obvious she has an issue with diplomacy and working with people. Her lack of respect for the Mayor and her run to the newspaper after discussing something private with the Mayor tells me she doesn't know the rules of the game. Mayor Grace said it best. When you speak informally with developers and community leaders what is said in private must stay private to protect the best interest of the city. Plans can get messed up when planning gets shared. Their discussion was mainly ideas and a conversation to find common ground. Going to the newspaper over a casual conversation tells me she's not a person to be trusted. If he had done something wrong; go to it, take it to the press, but she was pissed that she was being called on the carpet for her failure on the school board. She created a situation where he now has to answer for a brainstorming session as if it were a legal matter or initiative. Is this the person you want running our city?


I can see it now. She starts plowing in head first like a bulldog and no developer or community leader wants to deal with her. They want to invest in Elyria but they have to worry that everyone will know their plans before they are actually decided. Mrs. Brinda will talk about sensitive matters to opposing parties. City government is like leading an orchestra of powerful people. Everyone plays a part and everyone has to work together. It's calculated moves and building trust; if they can't trust her; a vote for her is wasted. It's a step back for Elyria.


It's impossible to please everyone. The entire country is experiencing difficult times and hardships. Our city cannot fair better by a certain percentage than the entire country does; it's an impossibility. We have to work with the current economic condition of the country. Blaming Mayor Grace for what is a more global problem is dirty politics. Sure the citizens of Elyria are experiencing the pinch of our current presidential administration and they may falsely feel the need to hop on board but it's a bait and switch by Mrs. Brinda. Unless she is running for President of the United States I find her hard pressed to change the issues she's bringing up against the Mayor.


Let's take the Route 57 project; the projected date for funding is well into the future something like 2015. Its projected start is this fall. Mrs. Brinda is bashing our Mayor on him just discussing it; as if he's only allowed to talk about projects that have funding secured. This tells me how little she knows about city government. The fact that this project has to wait until 2015 tells everyone that progress takes time. But the point that is totally missed by her is that he's working diligently on a project that will change the landscape of Elyria. And more importantly it's a long range plan. For anyone to see this as a negative is just a matter of people with too much time looking for something to complain about.


In my opinion she doesn't get it. She's a bulldog and because she is calling our current Mayor out on non-issues, people see her as a strong leader. The mark of a good leader is not a good fighter but a good negotiator. The mark of a good politician is not trashing an opponent but speaking of their own virtues.
This is simply put a failed school board member who is out for revenge. She can't get it done for our schools and is angry our current Mayor has made it clear the school system is more important than she is. He's not going to let our education system fail because she has a lot of time in but hasn't been able to produce results. He's running the city like a business not a charity organization.

I say as an informed voter we can't risk her pervious failures, her lack of diplomacy or her anger and revenge. This involves a city not her loss of homecoming queen. She needs to get over her failure on the school board and move on…
